The Federal Joint Committee (G-BA) calls for a tender to run a pilot study “Liposuction for the treatment of lipedema” until the end of June of 2018

The Federal Joint Committee (G-BA) calls for a tender for the pilot study “Liposuction for the treatment of lipedema”. The announcement was published in the Official Journal of the European Union on the 8th of May of 2018. The study will be executed within the framework of the government-co-sponsored studies under provisions of the paragraph 137e of the German Social Code Book V.

In a framework of the tender an independent scientific institution responsible for the monitoring and assessment of the trials will be identified.

The deadline for the requests is the 26th of June, 2018, 14:00.
