MTRC Welcomes Steffen Uffenorde as the Director of Market Access & HEOR

MTRC is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Steffen Uffenorde as the Director of Market Access & HEOR, further strengthening the company's capabilities in health economics, reimbursement strategy, and evidence generation for innovative medical technologies. 

Over the course of his career, Mr. Uffenorde has held senior Health Economics and Market Access roles across the global medical technology industry, including positions at Boston Scientific, Abbott, BD, and St. Jude Medical. His work has focused on reimbursement strategy and execution, payer engagement, and the development of health economic evidence supporting the adoption of cardiovascular technologies across international healthcare systems. 

At Boston Scientific, Mr. Uffenorde most recently led EMEA Health Economics & Market Access activities in Cardiology Electrophysiology, overseeing regional strategies supporting reimbursement and value demonstration for cardiovascular technologies across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Earlier responsibilities within the company included leadership of Health Economics & Market Access activities for the Rhythm Management division across EMEA. 

Beyond industry leadership roles, Mr. Uffenorde also contributes to academic teaching. He serves as a University Lecturer for Pharmacoeconomic Evaluation and Outcomes Research and International HTA processes, Pricing & Reimbursement.  

This appointment further reinforces MTRC's expertise in Market Access & HEOR, strengthening the company's ability to support clients navigating complex reimbursement environments and advancing the adoption of innovative medical technologies.
