Application open for the assessment of procedures and IVD tests by HAS in France

At the beginning of February 2026, the French National Authority for Health (HAS) launched its annual call for applications to evaluate medical procedures and in-vitro diagnostic tests. Selected applications will be incorporated into the 2027 HAS working program. Inclusion in this program enables a formal evaluation by HAS, which is a prerequisite for determining eligibility for reimbursement in France.

Applications may request the creation of a novel reimbursement code, removal of existing codes, or modification of registration conditions for services listed in the following nomenclatures: the Common Classification of Medical Procedures (CCAM), the General Nomenclature of Professional Procedures (NGAP), and the Nomenclature of Medical Biology Procedures (NABM).

Eligible applicants, including National Professional Councils (CNP) and manufacturers, are invited to submit their applications via the online EVActe platform no later than May 4, 2026.
