Merged 2024 RIHN and Supplementary list for IVD tests published in France

In 2024, the 2023 Repository of innovative acts outside the nomenclature of biology and anatomopathology (RIHN List) and Supplementary List of IVD tests were merged.

On July 16, 2024, the merged 2024 List of acts outside the nomenclature (Liste des actes hors nomenclatures, LAHN) financed under MERRI G03 was published by the Ministry of Labor, Health and Solidarity. No new codes were introduced in 2024. The changes concern comments on the four following LAHN codes due to the registration of new indications in the CCAM:

  • N504 “EGFR sequencing: 4 exons”;
  • N523 “Metastatic colorectal cancer mutational package (KRAS/NRAS) 6 exons”;
  • N524 “Metastatic lung adenocarcinoma (EGFR/KRAS) mutational package”;
  • N525” Melanoma mutational package (BRAF V600/NRAS)”.

When it concerns acts related to a test for detecting genetic mutations (Companion test), these codes do not need to be coded because the tests are registered in the CCAM.
