“Untire®”, developed by Tired of Cancer B.V., Netherlands, was introduced in the Directory on On December 25, 2023. The app integrates elements of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), psychoeducation, and mindfulness-based exercises. In addition, specific movement exercises that help increase physical activity are included. This holistic approach gives patients access to a comprehensive range of effective strategies for coping with fatigue. “Untire®” includes regular self-assessments of disease-relevant parameters, which not only serve to pursue personal goals but also offer valuable insights into the progression of symptoms. The app is available in German, English, and Dutch with a tariff of €618.
