New standards of medical care and clinical guidelines published in Russia in June 2021

In Russia, standards of medical care are approved on the basis of the clinical guidelines and include average frequencies of the provision of procedures, devices, and drugs. In June 2021, twelve clinical guidelines and three standards of medical care were released.

New standards of medical care that were published in June 2021 include:

  • Standards of medical care for adults with ischemic heart disease (link)
  • Standards of medical care for adults with atrial fibrillation and flutter (link)
  • Standards of medical care for adults with pulmonary hypertension, including chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension (link)

New clinical guidelines that were published in June 2021 include:

  • Perforated ulcer (link)
  • Postoperative uterine scar requiring the provision of medical care to a woman during pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period (link)
  • Single spontaneous labor in occiput posterior position (normal labor) (link)
  • Preeclampsia. Eclampsia. Edema, proteinuria, and hypertensive disorders during pregnancy, labor, and the postpartum period (link)
  • Multiple pregnancy (link)
  • Single labor, labor by cesarean section (link)
  • Fracture of the upper jaw (link)
  • Fracture of the zygomatic bone (link)
  • Congenital abnormalities of the skull and face bones, congenital musculoskeletal deformities of the head and face (link)
  • Cystic lesions of the maxillofacial region and neck (link)
  • Bronchial asthma (link)
  • Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (link)
