The application period for changes to the 2025/26 High Cost Device List open

Some High Cost devices are excluded from the calculation of HRG prices under the NHS Payment Scheme. These items are paid in addition to the price of the related service. To nominate a device for inclusion in (or removal from) the High Cost Device List, the form should be completed and submitted to pricing@england.nhs.uk by the end of May before the subsequent year’s NHS Payment Scheme. 

Thus, for applications to be considered for 2025/26, the completed form needs to be submitted by May 31, 2024.
