The 2024 application window for changes in the CHOP classification announced

The application window for changes in the Swiss classification of surgical procedures (CHOP) will open on June 3, 2024. The interested parties (Medical Professional Association (FMH), Conference of the Cantonal Ministers of Public Health (GDK/CDS), Swiss Association of Hospitals (H+), SwissDRG SA, health insurance companies and their associations, and the Medical Tariff Commission (MTK/CTM)) can submit applications until September 15, 2024.

The results of this application will be reflected in 2026 version of CHOP classification.
