The DRG tariffs for 2026 released in Denmark

In December 2025, the Danish Health Data Authority (Sundhedsdatastyrelsen) published the DRG tariffs, as well as psychiatric and rehabilitation rates for 2026. There is no general trend in tariff changes. Some tariffs were decreased, and some were increased compared to 2025.

In accordance with the released documentation, one new DRG for the investigation of functional disorders will be introduced in 2026. The DRG tariff system guide (Takstsystem), which provides an overall description of billing rules, tariffs, and grouping logic (including the changes to be introduced in 2026), is not yet available and is expected to be published later.
