“Rehappy” health app delisted from the Directory of digital health applications in Germany
On September 26, 2022, the health app “Rehappy” was delisted from the Directory of digital health applications (DiGAs) at the Federal Office for Drugs and Medical Devices (BfArM).
This is the result of the evaluation of the BfArM, which concluded that the health app should be removed from the Directory in line with §139e 4 (8) of the SGB V as no evidence of the positive healthcare effect was identified.
The health app offered support for the aftercare of stroke patients. It was available in German with a reimbursement tariff of €299 (without a fitness tracker) and €449 (with a fitness tracker).
The full details in German can be found here.
